Patricia Mulqueen
Patricia Fuentes Mulqueen worked for 16 years as a Northampton County Assistant District Attorney where she spent most of her career there as Chief of the Violent Crime Unit. She also served as Chief of the Drug Unit, where she earned a reputation as a tough, but fair prosecutor. She currently serves as Chief of Prosecutions for the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office. Mulqueen has successfully prosecuted murderers, kidnappers, drug dealers and other dangerous criminals. She prosecuted the first drug delivery resulting in death case in Northampton County. Her top priority is to always ensure justice for the victims and their families during these difficult cases. That’s why Mulqueen will be a tough, but fair judge who follows the law to protect Lehigh County residents while ensuring everyone who comes before her will be heard and treated with dignity and respect.

Roger Maclean
I have been a lifelong resident of Allentown attending Roosevelt Elementary School, Raub Junior (now middle) school and William Allen High School. I Received an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Lehigh County Community College and a Bachelors and Master’s degrees from DeSales University. I Joined the Allentown Police in 1972 as a cadet and a patrolman in 1974. Served in numerous units and ranks while rising to the rank of Chief in 2006 where I served until my retirement in 2013. While with the department I attended numerous trainings and schools including the FBI National Academy and the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar. After retirement I went to work at Lehigh County for the District Attorney in the James B. Martin Regional Intelligence and Investigation Center. Retiring from there in May 2006. I also spent 4 years on Allentown City Council with 2 years as president. I am the proud father of six, two granddaughters and a third on the way.
